The Junior Inclusive Basketball League or known as JIBL, is a basketball program for kids aged 6 to 14 with a disability. We create an environment where everyone is included, improves social skills and encourages team work, dedication and responsibility all while having fun and learning how to play basketball.

Everyone can go at their own pace and there is enough coaches on hand to ensure that all participants are looked after.

REGISTRATION FOR STURT SABRES JUNIOR INCLUSIVE BASKETBALL LEAGUE

Thank you for your interest in registering for our Sturt Sabres Junior Inclusive Basketball League. To register for our upcoming season please complete ALL steps below.

If you are returning or have registered your child in GameDay before your profile details have been imported to BasketballConnect but you will need to ensure you enter the details from your GameDay profile to then “CLAIM” your new profile in BasketballConnect. After doing so and clicking NEXT you will be prompted to enter an email or SMS to receive code – always select EMAIL when registering a child. You will then be asked to enter the same email address recorded in Gameday then asked to enter a verification code sent to you.

The Competition can be found under Sturt Sabres Domestic Basketball League on BasketballConnect and under Junior Inclusive Basketball League – Term 2 2023.

If your BasketballSA yearly affiliation fee expires during the term you will be charged the yearly membership fee in advance, but the new affiliation will not start till the old one expires. If your yearly affiliation fee does not expire during the term season then you would not need to pay the affiliation fee if you claimed your profile properly.

Sessions are held on Saturdays at Springbank Secondary College (Formally Pasadena High School)

Saturdays 10.45am – 11.30 am during school terms.

We will have volunteers provided by Sturt Sabres to help coach. All coaches require a current WWCC (formerly DCSI) prior to coaching.

Your child does not need to have any experience at all, we encourage all skill levels and any experience to come along.
