The Sturt Junior Inclusive Basketball League or known as SJIBL, is a basketball program for kids aged 5 to 16 with a disability. We create an environment where everyone is included, improves social skills and encourages team work, dedication and responsibility all while having fun and learning how to play basketball.

Everyone can go at their own pace and there is enough coaches on hand to ensure that all participants are looked after.

We will have volunteers provided by Sturt Sabres to help coach. All coaches require a current WWCC (formerly DCSI) prior to coaching. Parents and mentors are always welcome to join in if needed.

Your child does not need to have any experience at all, we encourage all skill levels and any experience to come along. We adapt our sessions to suit our participants.

Our session are mainly skill based with our program having the same routine each week. We end each session with a half court game. For those who cannot participate in the game, they will continue with another activity.
